  1. I was offered a courtesy car before mine had even been diagnosed but declined it as fortunately I have access to a second vehicle. I'm guessing the offer of a courtesy car will vary from dealer group to dealer group and on a car being physically available. That said, I'm still surprised at Audi leaving you without transport.Maybe they will offer a courtesy car after yours is proven to be the fault covered by warranty?
  2. A4N1 903 028 B is the part fitted to mine. From my understanding, the N1 is updated from N0. I think the B at the end might be a refurbished part?
  3. To update this post, the BSG was replaced in 5 days, less if we don't include the weekend. Very pleased with the way this repair was handled from start to finish. Now for the not so good bit. I was contacted to let me know that one of my wheels had been damaged and they needed 2 days to get it repaired. I'm a reasonable guy and although not pleased, fully understand that sometimes stuff just happens. I do appreciate the open and honest way they put their hand up to this. However another tyre on a different wheel has a big cut out of the sidewall and I dont think it's safe to drive on. I'd say it's been swapped from the wheel that sustained damage but cannot prove this. Overall, feeling happy to have the car back but can't help feeling let down at the end. Hope everyone else gets their broken motors back on the road without further problems. StandFree.
  4. Hi everyone, long time lurker and first time poster. My 2021 RS7 with 24k miles would appear to have suffered BSG failure today. All the warnings mentioned in this post appeared almost at once and the car cut out soon after. Audi assist were with me within 30 minutes and confirmed the 12v battery is not charging. The car is being recovered to Stirling Audi tomorrow morning. I will say that the car has been faultless to this point and hopefully, with the information from this forum, the repair will be reasonably quick and at no cost to myself. I hope to update with good news soon, Standfree.
