Update on the jumping problem. Decided to get new tyres all round Conti P6 and a wheel alignment Sorted the problem. Tyre garage said its a common problem on big cars

2019 Q5 quattro S Line 40tdi Started a few months ago; feels like the wheel/tyre is not in syn with the os/f Results in a scrapping dragging feel and noise. Only from cold and once on the move no problems. W to my local guy who said all front mechanical looked good but suspected Diff problems. Took it to an audi specialist who suspected dif gearbox needed an oil change ( previous Audi advisory) This reduced problem by about 80% and changing my driving from start up to avoid hard lock helps a lot. Went back to specialist who said only thing to do is disassemble diff etc to have a look.
