Autovogue tdi

Forget the 170 injectors the bloke in the garage told me wrong there the 150 injectors which are exactly the same as the 130 injectors. Now have a chap booked in for Monday to do a map on it to hopefully sort the minor issue fingers crossed.

Right after the garage having a play and strip down they have installed a set of the 170bhp injectors and since it's back together we now have boost but! yes there's a but the idle is up and down a bit. Has anyone ever put the 170bhp injectors in a 130bhp? they seem to think that a remap will sort out the idle as the standard map isn't good enough for the larger injectors

Well they have it back now and are totally taking it apart so fingers crossed it will get fixed and I can't wait to find out what actual part is causing the problem.

Well pump replaced and still no different, now has to go back to the chap that I paid to diagnose it. Starting to get a little annoyed with it now as I just want a car I can get in and drive.

Well just had diagnostics back and there saying it's the vacuum pump, fingers crossed it fixes it as there not cheap to replace and I could do with out wasting anymore money.

No I haven't actually replaced the injectors as they were working fine before they were removed, I mentioned to the garage if it was possible if one got dropped or damaged in any way to make it drive like it is and they have guaranteed me 100% that the injectors would not cause the current problem

Every pipe has been checked and checked agin if not replaced, I'm hoping it's a simple fix as its dragging out for so long now and I'm getting a little fed up of replacing parts that makes no difference.

Hi all I've just joined the forum as I've recently purchased a 2002 Audi A4 1.9 tdi pd130, all was well for the first couple of weeks but now I'm having some issues. I recently had a wobble at idle so took it to a garage who advised me it had a misfire and recommended me the common injector loom harness replacement which had now been done with genuine parts but no better. They then advised me to remove the injectors to have them tested which I've done and they came back fine but now after refitting them back in it seems as the car just has no get up and go. I've removed them again and checked everything and it's all as it should be, I've also checked all the vacumn lines and replaced them for new ones in case there was any damage or one had come lose but nothing. Does anyone have any ideas on what it could be so I can actually get back to the original problem? Thank you in advance
