    Hello, after replacing timing belt with pulleys and coolant pump. I noticed this sound. I checked all of the plastic covers, the belt condition and everything seems fine. Can a new tensioner be bad or is it the oil/vacuum pump? I attach the video here. IMG_4675.MOV
