True enough. Is there any good way to troubleshoot the sensor or do I just have to replace it for testing? And nothing else to check? I read that the coolant pump for this part sometimes fail as well, but I'm not sure if it would be very obvious in the fault code readings. Or EGR solenoid?

Hi My car suddenly started flashing the coil light and went into limp mode. I connected iCarsoft which says p046c00 Exhaust Gas Recirculation Sensor “A” Circuit Range/Performance - active/static Cleared the faulth, started up again, and the flash came back quickly. Now when I scan it says p040300 exhaust gas recirculation circuit / p0403 exhaust gas recirculation control circuit - active/static Sometime in year 2020 the EGR on this car was replaced at a workshop, so I am wondering; can it really be the EGR again? Is there anything else worth checking first? Because I know it is a lot of work to replace this valve because of the location of it... Thanks in advance
