  1. Afternoon, I’m new to this forum and wanted to share my experience. I took delivery of the exact same car as the original poster and encountered the same MMI issue, which was sorted quickly. However, since then, I’ve been experiencing performance problems with the car cutting out at low speeds (around 20mph). The car has been back to the dealer twice and is scheduled for a third visit. Unfortunately, I get the impression the dealer is reluctant to take it in again, as the fault is very intermittent and not easily replicated. I’m not a mechanic, but based on some research and conversations with the service adviser and technician, my educated guess is that the issue might be related to the mild hybrid/start-stop system. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, was it resolved? It’s incredibly frustrating, and after spending hard-earned money on the car, you expect better reliability.
