    I’ve had the battery percentage down to 20% and still not getting any higher than 4.8kw charging speed. Before it would do 7kw right up to a 80% and even between 80-100%.

    Hi everyone. Since having the 2020 Audi E-Tron 50 for 6 months, the charging has been constant at 7kw from my home charger. In the past week the charging rate has dropped to 4.8kw and never goes any higher. I’ve tried a public 7kw charging point and does the same 4.8kw charging speed. It is due a service and going in a 2 weeks time, but not sure if the indicator warning message would automatically slow the charging speed. Has anyone had the same issue and if so how was it resolved?
