I suspect that it may be caused by the seal inside the caliper. The rear calipers are made differently than the front ones. I couldn't do it and when I took it apart and wanted to put it back together, the seal is supposed to be put inside the caliper first and then the roller is supposed to be put there, but the seal is like it's too narrow and the roller doesn't have the clearance it should have so it can't pull in that much. I read on one forum that a guy had a problem with it that it was doing exactly this to him and he replaced about 10 repair kits on the calipers and then it stopped working. Therefore, I assume that it will probably be the seal in the caliper, since I had a really hard time pushing the roller through the seal and I had to exert more force to push the roller in (I mean before disassembling but also after reassembling), for comparison, when I disassembled the front and repaired it, I had to exert significantly less force to push the roller in (after reassembling the caliper).

In my case, rear left caliper get stuck and was not retracting fully so we changed stuck calliper for new one but there is still problem with friction. Also it make thin high tone squeaky noise somethimes when i drive and when i press break pedal it stops but after few seconds it starts again. Its really anoying.

Hello, i don know if you figured it or not but i have similar problem. In my case rear left wheel is a much hotter than others, i can not keep my finger on it. It looks like there is very small friction between pads and disc, really small. First i thought it was bad servo, but i swapped left and rigth but nothing changed, than i checked cables from J540 to left servo if there is any resistance but not, than i checked how long is J540 sendig signal to servo for opening pads, on left side it is 160ms and right 200ms, so barelly any difference. Than i changed break calliper, and also brake hose and bleeded it, break pedal is hard as it should be. In N you can spinn with wheel but you can also hear a little friction. I do not know what it can be.... maybe abs, esp module? No errors in diagnostic.
