Replaced my headlight bulbs last night, removed the headlights themselves in order to do so, checked all my other lights for corrosion etc and also checked the adjuster. Since building it back up the car has been bringing up a fault for both sidelights and the headlight electronic headlight adjustment is no longer working, would appreciate any tips on how to rectify this greatly

Didn’t put LEDs or Xenons in just swapped to halogen Osram nightbreakers

Decided to upgrade my headlight bulbs and after doing so my side lights no longer work, when switched to the side lights option they come on but switch back off again. Also the headlights are not adjusting using the dial and doing it manually made very little difference, when trying to get to the bulb accidentally removed the adjuster beside the bulb. Does anyone have any info on a fix please?
