  1. Audi A5 mechatronic failure

    My Audi A5 2.0 Tdi Quattro has a fault with the oil system in the Mechatronics for gearbox, Requires removal and repair for oil pressure loss in high pressure filter on mechatronic valve body this is what Audi dealer has told me after I had my car taken there after it broke down . The car is just over 4 years old (out of warranty 🙈) it’s got full Audi service history and has only done 31k Audi customer services as told me (After I argued it should not do this) offered me £523 towards my £2200 bill to fix it . Do people on here think I,m been unreasonable to think Audi uk should stump up all of it or very near surely the gearbox should be having these issues at 31k .
