    Yes mate I had to have the software re installed and it worked again. This only happened because I subscribed to navigation upgrade for 1 month.

    Hello all, after upgrading the nav for 1 month only, it now doesnt work. It just says initialising on the screen. If I did a factory reset would it restart the app? Audi have told me that I have got to pay £209 to have a diagnostic which I don't think is fair cause it worked perfectly before, this has only happened since paying £14 for the 1 month upgrade through the Audi store. Thanks for any advice given.
