  1. Thanks for the replies. I'll do some further checks and follow the advice from the responses... see where I get to. As long as I can achieve highbeams when I need them then that's my goal. Not fussed about adaptive lighting. Had it on a previous car never really used the function... thanks again.
  2. Thanks found the relay. Looks like someone has been there by the previous owner. I wondered what the plastic tray with broken clips was that I found in the glove compartment, turned out to be the headlight control module carrier. Module is taped up to secure by whoever fiddle around before. With no way of testing if the module is working or been replaced. Am I right in what I've researched that replacing this module. Does it need coding to the car? I feel a trip to Audi coming on for a diagnosis and a hefty fee. Just want a little understanding of the problem before I get in for a repair... thanks for advice Phil
  3. This doing my head in. So I get on my cluster display screen. Active light fault, followed by left and right highbeams faulty. So changed both bulbs with correct bulbs. Put the lights on. Running led lights working. Dipped beams working but still no high beams on both lights and still the same error on cluster screen. Checked all fuses they are fine. Checked the operating stalk that to is working. Weird how both highbeams have gone together. Is there a relay for these lights. If so where is it located? What am I missing? Thanks
