    Audi Q7 Quattro 2024 limited edition - struggling with apple car play working wirelessly. I get this message - everything is set up but then my phone is faded grey on system display. Only works if plugged in. another point is the wi fi ir connects to Audi mini wi fi - but doesn’t work - I had to turn off wi fi yesterday to get google maps to work

    Not 100% sure they did in garage & was quickly set up. The Audi app works fine when I get in vehicle. Just checked I am set up via bluetooth

    Dealership set my phone up for apple car play however the icon is greyed out during a wireless connection - see photo. if I connect with usb lead it works fine. not a massive issue but frustrating I can’t get it to set up! I’ve done all Apple suggestions - resets, etc any ideas please?
