The prices came straight from the myAudi app so no actual salesman, but agree warranty’s do always seem to favour the dealer more than the customer. I think i will stick with the independent garage and hope for the best that nothing serious happens over the next few years. I do about 10,500 miles a year.

I have had my A6 now just over 2 weeks, and really impressed with it so far and happy with the purchase. Got a free month with AudiConnect navigation etc, its a shame its £14.99 a month, I think its a bit steep. If it was more like £7.99 I would be more likely to subscribe, as I like using the cars integrated features. My main dilemma and the reason for the post, is what to do with servicing. Is there a method to get power from the mirror using an adaptor, I have seen several clips on YouTube but didn't know if anyone had tried on a Audi?

It's a shame i wish people did say whats good about the car, also when they have had good service from a garage etc. I'm in Leicester so if anyone could recommend a good garage apart from the Main dealer in Braunstone. I have read that chapmans in Wigston are good, but I have never used. Are service plans pointless after a certain age or would people still recommend?

Hi, Just purchased my first Audi 2.0 TDI Black Edition in Daytona Grey (with Tech Pack and Comfort Sound Pack) 33k miles (picking up next week) So if anyone has some hints and tips, what to look out for and things on the entertainment system i need to look at, I'm more than welcome for pointers. Obviously, when you join a car forum all you see is a list of "How to fix" or "New issues with" as the main post's which always makes nervous reading when you have just put some hard cash down. Is there any main things i should look out for in the first month? and if anyone has a standard service cost at audi or 3rd party garage prices that would be useful to note. My wife thinks its a bit old man car, is it really?, I love the look!! Anyway i will be reading through lots of old posts to see what I have I got myself into..
