The note from the Audi garage: Inspection Notes: Confirmed customers complaint of charging flap issue, checked and found actuator to be defective causing issue to occur, will require high voltage charging flap unit with actuator F496 replacing and re-checking (£390 !!!!)   2. Quick update: The car has been dropped off at the Audi garage to resolve this issue, the air-con button issue along with a free update to the braking system. They mentioned it’s a well-known issue reported by Audi HQ. Please check your car and contact your Audi garage asap!

  5. Hello, My Q4’s charging flap is locked and I’m unable to unlock it. This has happened once before, and at that time I was able to release it using the emergency cord. However, this time the emergency release doesn’t seem to be working—possibly because I pulled it too hard the last time. I've looked online and it appears this is a common issue with this model. f you have any suggestions or new advice, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks in advance for your help!
