  1. Hello Perhaps this may help, I got a new Q3 that switches the radio station in the morning, I thought it was random and reported SEVERAL times to AUDI and the answer was always evasive. After many trials I was able to replicate in a consistent way the problem as follows. 1- Save some radio station into favorites, lets call A, B, C 2- Play some music on radio station B, 3- move to FM and chose radio station ZZ without saving it to favorites!! 4- Go back to favorites, and the radio station should be still B 5- Switch off the car and wait around 5 minutes 6- Turn the car and you will see how for a half of a second the radio station B will be displayed and then, the radio will move out of Favorites and tune the radio station you chose in step 3 --> ZZ I documented this with a lot of videos. I have claimed to Audi, they changed the steering wheel buttons, the radio, programmed it several times and still they haven't solved the problem, but the last time they acknowledged to know the problem since 2021!!! there is a TPI that describes EXACTLY what i have reported but of course this wont be disclosed as it. So conclusion, the problem is not a problem is "normal" to some Audio MMI systems but even a 10 USD radio bought online will keep the station in the favorites !!
