The insurance company is re opening the file and asking an assessor to investigate and they will give the panel beater a chance to look into it. My worry is that they will say it had nothing to do with them and not explain how the water is getting in. 🤔 Will update with progress ❤️

The rear bumper was painted but unsure if they take the part off to paint it. The insurance job was for more the side of the car and on the corner of the passenger side bumper.

I had a panal beater paint the bumper and fix some damage, and since then a large amount of water was found where the spare tire lives. I have no idea how the water is getting in,but notice a large gap in the panels by the lights?!? is this normal or could they have put the wrong parts back on. Also my back window whiper is acting all weird and not working as it once did and the boot lights look old/all dull now too.
