  1. I’ve had voltage fluctuations. As high as 269v! The provider and Ohme have suggested this has been rectified. I’m not convinced. It’s 244v at the moment and this has triggered yet another charging fault!
  2. I am reaching a similar conclusion via Octopus. Over £1000 with the longer lead and I have very little faith in the car charging as the majority of the time when I plug in the car identifies an error.
  3. I am doing 2000+ miles a month in my Q4 so need to charge everyday.
  4. I’ve had my Q4 for just under two months and my Ohme charger for 1 month. All was fine with the Ohme charger until the last week or so! The car errors continuously. If I leave it on ‘red’ is often rectifies itself overnight and charges. However I cannot trust the charging and as I am doing 150+ miles a day I need to make sure I am topping up to 80% every night. i don’t think the Ohme is reading the car at all. The display doesn’t suggest the current battery level in the car just that I need to top it up which I manually change on the app ie 60% if I know I’m near 20% left. If there is more still in the battery I will change to 50 or 40%. I have yet to get below 10% and only charged to 100% once to test the capabilities so I am aware what I need to do when I plan a longer drive. I really thought range anxiety was going to be my biggest issue with an EV. I soon overcome that knowing I can easily get 250+ miles from an 80% charge. My real anxiety is waking up to find the car hasn’t charged!
