  1. Many thanks for your reply. I will raise this issue with my garage. As what happened to me if I had been on a motorway I bear to think what the consequences would have been. If there are other Q5 out there with the same problem and haven’t yet been detected they could end up in a dangerous situation.
  2. I’ve just joined the club and I have a 2021 Q5 sports which recently had this problem with the gateway module. I’ve had no luck with the Audi garage where I bought the vehicle they wouldn’t accept any responsibility. I’ve had to pay for the replacement module and they have now enclosed the module in a plastic bag.I know my car is a bit over a year outside warranty but as I’ve seen online that this was a problem which I’m sure was there when I bought the vehicle at 6 months old. Has anyone had any luck from any Audi garage and been reimbursed with the cost
