    Thanks. There is no manual open function in this model I’m aware of. Should be a red cable for the flap, yellow cable for the charging connector. I only have the yellow. looks like a visit to a garage ……aaaaargh!!

    Hi, no - I can’t here anything other than the actual car opening and closing. really weird. I read there is a yellow cable I can pull (rather hard) in the boot as a manual release - but loathe to if I don’t have to. james

    Hi, I have a q4 etron and have had no issues with the car in my first 9 months. All of a sudden though, I can no longer open the flap to access the charge port. usually just tap on it once the car is unlocked, but nothing. Has anyone else had this or have any ideas? thanks
