  1. I'm unable to log into my 2024 Q4 as a key user. I'm shown as a key user in the app. Audi has not been able to figure this out and have actually said "it's not fixable." I don't even know how to respond to that. My situation is kind of weird -- I bought this 2024 used just a few weeks ago, but it was essentially new with only 150 miles on it. So I can't say for sure what happened in those 150 miles with regard to the MMI. I've reentered my login information several times. I have the iOS app -- you mentioned clearing the app's cache -- but I don't see that option in the app. What am I missing?
