Hello everybody, I’d be grateful of a little feedback to see if anyone has this fault and what was the fix.
i have a 2022 Q5 40 TDi (46k miles). When I got the car with 36k on it a year ago I noticed a judder when pulling out of a junction, when turning left or right. It only happens when warm.
its been back to the Audi dealer 6 times over the last year for this same fault. Something to do with the 4WD system. They said there is a TPI instruction from Audi if this is identified. This is driving round in circles till the oil is hot. They changed the coupling oil (clutches in there) then as this didn’t work the coupling was changed.
its back in the garage now, it’s been in 5 weeks and they say they are going to change the diff actuator and sensor, however they are going to use used parts when they can find them.
had anyone ever experienced a main audi dealer using used parts ( as advised by Audi in Germany) ?
thanks in advance
