Its a 2024 Samsung so it not old, my question (not well phrased I agree, is why I get that message! If I could get a response from my local Audi I would ask

Spartacus68 1/ Latest cars can be controlled by phone whilst outside of the car. ie tight parking space. 2/ Wimbledon Audi is the one I am complaining about. sorry to say you wasted time on me.

I have had my Q7 for coming up to one year, generally very happy with the car. I do low mileage but a trip to France this year covering 2000miles was quite restful on the AutoRoutes. Set Cruise control and sit back and concentrate on the other idiots on the road! Two issues : 1, Remote park assist, I get a message saying my Samsung S24FE does not have the hardware to remote drive the car! 2. Marshalls Wimbledon Service never answer the phone and I cannot speak to a person to book an oil change (which the car is asking for) Any help/suggestion re 1 or 2 gladly welcomed.
