Disgruntled Driver

I am now somewhat confused. I have a 2024 A3 30TFSI S-Line. Its a leased car, and was registered on 21/11/24. My car is going into the main dealer on the 20th of this month for a fault investigation, and I wanted the 12 month service carried out at the same time. However, on speaking with the Stirling Audi Service dept, they assure me that my car is on the Flexible servicing regime and wont require a service till Nov 2026. I pointed out that I am only doing circa 5000 miles/year, but they still insist I dont require a service till 2026. Everything I've seen online seems to contradict this, so are they correct?

Hi all. New to this forum, but couldn't find a similar problem on the 9 pages of questions. As stated in the title, the car randomly cuts out at low speeds when approaching traffic lights, junctions, roundabouts etc. Its very like when the Auto stop/start kicks in, except there is no indication on the dash, and the car doesn't start when the accelator is pressed. Also this happens with the Auto Stop/Start disengaged. It has happened on multiple occasions to both my Wife and myself. We have very different driving styles, so I can't see it being that. I did find on another site someone with what sounds like the identical problem to mine. Her car is Aug2024, mine is Nov 2024. I have attached a screenshot of her symptoms, which, as i have stated seem identical to mine. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. The car is booked into the Stirling Audi main dealer on the 20th of this month, but I'm betting they wont be able to replicate the fault, and if there is nothing logged in the faults log they'll probably do nothing.
