Turned out to be frozen pump, worked today after a week!

I think the washer pump has failed. Headlights still spray, but with lights off no pump noise and no liquid to windscreen. How big a job is replacing the motor, can't find anything about the pump location on an A7. Typical that I've had this and the Sharkfin gps fail within a month of warranty ending. The latter in going to replace with hockey puck antenna, bought for £5 rather than pay Audi £600!

Hi, I've run an A5 quattro s/back as a company car for two years. Change of company and I've gone back to privately owned. Just signed for 2013(13) A7 SE quattro. Picking it up next week. Any tips, tricks or essential things to do with it. Some really good deals with Audi right now, I guess they're desperate to keep the cash flowing.
