  1. I've had the car 1 year, only 31k though it's 2018. The garage gave it a full service & mot'd it and asked if the plugs had been changed (recom 72k or 72 months old). I'm pretty sure they haven't. The fuel smell wasn't apparent before they had it in which makes me suspicious even though the plugs may well need changed... they quoted me £208 to supply and fit which seems high to me.
  2. Got car back after full service to find a smell of fuel when using heater. Garage told me they recommended new spark plugs (not fitted so far ) and this is what is causing the smell although its only since they serviced it that the smell is apparent.... make sense?
