    Regards to my A6 Avant 2018 tech pack the version I have states MHI2_ER_AU57x_p3634 the smart phone interface icon is greyed out on the menu list. Does anyone know if it just requires an update to be enabled/activated? Main dealer job or can VCDS do it? Any help would be appreciated. I contact retrofits Audi but cant justify spending £240 for the service.

    Hello, thank you for the response. I will have a look into this evening. Hopefully it's just a software update.

    How sis you do the software update? From main dealer? I have the tech pack on a 2018 a6 avant. The smart phone icon is greyed out. Was hoping to unlock it, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
