  1. Thanks Steve. They are saying it’s a coincidence that after the download the heating switch stay on low and will not increase. We’ve put all the details In Chat GBT and it’s saying it’s a known fault on this model. Yet still they are not willing to pay for the fix
  2. Hi all, I’m trying to find other UK Q4 e-tron MY2022 owners on software 3812 who have experienced the following fault: After Audi activated paid Navigation / Audi Connect / Infotainment, the climate control will only decrease temperature and remains permanently stuck on “LO”. All controls are affected (screen, buttons, steering wheel). My dealer is currently diagnosing this as a “control board failure”, however the fault appeared immediately after Audi’s digital feature activation, so I’m trying to establish whether this is actually a software / MIB3 parameter issue rather than hardware. If you’ve had: • The same LO-only temperature fault • A successful repair (especially software based) • A dealer who fixed it properly I would really appreciate hearing which dealer you used and what the actual fix was. Thank you. Any help would be help resolve this dispute
