Thanks Steve. Yeah I love the gen 1. I like the more analogue driving i think. However i saw a lovely Sepang Blue 2016 v10+ and it looked epic but wish they did them in manuals.

Hi guys/girls My name is Eun, pronounced Iain, I've decided to join the forum to gain knowledge and hope that people are going to convince me even more than I have myself in my own head that I have to own one of these beautiful cars. Based in Glasgow, Scotland. Specifically, I have my heart set on a V10 manual coupe Gen 1. I also have a desire for a v8 variant if I don't have enough saved by summer this year so that's still not a bad choice in my eyes. Currently have my e46 m3 coupe manual which of owned for 7 or 8 years now. Was always my affordable dream car and I don't think I will ever sell it. I'm not here to go the fastest. I prefer older cars I think so gen 1 still really looks beautiful to me. I love noise so the v10 fits that perfectly. V8 I feel would need the top gear exhaust. I primarily would use the car only in summer and mainly for my annual trip with some guys across Europe every September. It probably wont be tracked. Fast road stuff really. So hopefully you wont get annoyed with me asking questions and learning about these cars and if anyone is thinking of selling a coupe manual of any variant but preferably a v10 in Spring/summer time please feel free to message me. I should have accumulated the funds by about June time. cheers guys
