Hi everyone, recently had a timing belt replacement on my 2.0 tdi q5 now the temp gauge stays at around 50 on the dash any help appreciated

Hi Everyone , New to the forum so apologise if I have gone about this the incorrect way . I had a gearbox service done on my 2015 2.0 tdi audi q5, upon inspection the mechanic found an accumulation of oil on the undertray (driver side) attached photo. I'm wondering if this is an obvious sign of a common leak on these engines. My cousin who is a mechanic will be taking a look but would like an idea on what this could be in the meantime .
