I have driven 30 miles since putting the AdBlue in so it hasn’t gone in the main tank but I don’t know where it has gone

I know it only takes 17 litres from empty and that is why I am puzzled, confused and frustrated. No sign of it leaking out but it appears none of it has gone into the ad blu tank ( it’s not in the fuel tank and I did use the right tank). The car has a full belly plate and I am worried the filler pipe has become disconnected and the ad blu has crystallised under the belly plate. I can’t put it down to anything else

I have put 30 litres in and it hasn’t backed up or spilt anywhere but it hasn’t registered on the dashboard. It’s as though it’s not going in the tank
