Because it cuts out smoothly surely it can’t be the instrument cluster

It’s a Audi a3 2008 se 2.0tdi (188bhp) when driving from cold 8-10 later while driving the engine turns off with every light on dash and there’s no vibration or sound when happening. Battery and alternator is fine and egr and dpf is clean. I have to wait like 2 mins for the car to cool down to even try starting it (the car is not over heating). When starting the it the car is smooth. When the engine cuts out and I turn the key all the dash comes on like normal but the fuel gauge and temp gauge doesn’t move like the cars off but after waiting it does move and then I can start the car
