I have a problem that I need help solving. I was trying to change the engine mounts on my 2018 Audi Q5, and I unplugged one, plugged in the power steering, and forgot to plug it back when I attempted to turn the car on. It gave me a steering malfunction and a red steering wheel with an exclamation mark. I rechecked what I did and found that I forgot to plug the plug back in. However, the power steering is not working. I plugged in the scan tool, and the code was B200FF2: Internal malfunction. C10CB00 Limp home not possible Additionally, Audi presense is now not working and the code is U1 12300 Databus error value received I tried to program it or erase the codes using Audi’s VCDS however it’s asking for security code access I tried these codes with no luck 19249 , 28183 and 44595 and the scam tool I used did not work How can I fix this problem? Is it a coding problem or do I need to replace the power steering rack ?
