This was the state of the vehicle after I pulled off motorway. Someone was looking out for me I think. RAC confirmed 13/15 remaining fixings all finger tight.

Appreciate that post mate. Small Update. 4 of the 5 nuts that hold the alloy to the hub have come loose leaving me with 1 holding The alloy to the hub. This happened on the motorway going 70mph.

Evening everyone Just got a second hand Audi A4 AVANT 2019. I’ve noticed when I have my wife and two kids in the cars there’s a banging noise from the rear. I’m assuming it’s to do with the suspension and after market wheels the previous owner has fitted to the car. They are 20” alloys with 255/35/20 tyres. Would I be right in assuming the wheels are too big for the arches hence the banging only under load ? If that is the case, what are my options? I don’t really want to swap the wheels as I think these ones make the car. Any suggestions welcome Cheers
