Thanks, will certainly look for a cheaper dealership or argue that it wasn't made obvious that it wasn't a comprehensive package when it was sold to me.

I have a two year service plan and was told oil disposal wasn't included as part of the first oil change and would be an extra cost. This was done free of charge after I complained, however I have been advised of the brake fluid change after two years at a cost of £135!
