  1. Hi Mate Yes already looking at a Stage 1 clutch, will be helpful when i have a new bigger turbo, intercooler and breathing sorted on it. Doubt it will deal with 550-600lb of Torque haa
  2. So this weekend just passed i finally picked up my Mk2 TT - 2.0TDI Quattro Bose Sound system Auto Lights Grey / Green - (Unsure of what its called) 18" Wheels Single Disk CD Player Folding Mirrors + Heated As my father already has a TT Quattro 2.0 TDI S-Line Black it made me want one.. Fathers... Found one very cheap but had a couple of issues with it that i knew about and needed to get fixed but for what i paid i cant complain. Issues DPF Blocked SunVisor Broken Rear ParcelShelf Needs fixing Glove Box Broken Passenger window switch not working Rear Speakers not working So the plan Remove DPF / Clean Out and Clear Remap Refurb Wheels + Change Colour TTRS Front Bumper + Splitter in Orange Underside of Spoiler Painted Orange All Grills Painted Black Remove all Rear Badges FIt Private Plate + Shrinked Plate on rear Rear TTRS Valance TTRS Look Rear Exhausts + 2.5" System Lower 20-30mm on springs Cruise Control Fitting Bluetooth Audio Stream Tint Rear Windows Paint Calipers Good Service + Maintenance Stage 1 Clutch Bigger Intercooler Improve Breathing to the engine ( Air Filter ) Bigger Calipers + Disks (Potentially TTRS) Sat Nav System / 6 Disk Bose Audi System 1. So one day after i picked her up i had a guy i know from previous remaps come round and get the DPF issue looked at and a tidy Quantum Remap put on the car to boost what it currently stands at... Modern Remapping who with TerraClean headed down to sort Smokey out... First The Guys had to drop the Subframe down to get to the DPF ... Standard for me there was one bolt that wouldnt come off no matter what, so it all went back on and we did a clean though instead as there was no Ash build up and only 50% block so worked perfectly. Turns out it needed a Boost Sensor so also purchased that and fitted ( No Pics ) New Issue So now we have the DPF Clear and the new Boost sensor the car is popping up with a new fault code: "B" Rocker Arm Actuator Control Circuit Low Code : P2653 This is the next task, she drives fine and pulls well but this has the coil and Engine management light up so waiting to head to AUDI to get their kit on it and see. Has anyone had this issue before? If so would love some advice. In Total great weekend, new car and shes now Mapped to 205bhp and 400lb Torque Clutch is slipping when you boot it in 4th, 5th and 6th so going to take it easy because of the torque. Thanks for reading and will keep updates coming as i go. Elliott
