  1. Can anyone help, Audi are certainly struggling with this, Got a new 2015 Q7 in November 2015, the new shape nice car too. The infotainment system comes with Audi connect and was free for 3 months which has now elapsed. Looking at all the audi content on this and how to set it up etc all you need is a moblie phone (I have an iphone 6plus) or a data sim card which i also have and stuck it in the car. Connect gives news weather google maps for the nav system and other functions which all now say that the licence has expired. Rightly or wrongly I assume that the connect plan that was available at purchase time for £350 is nothing more than a data plan. I cant see how Audi could charge £350 for 3 years just to use google maps. So i have a data sim card from EE in the car and it shows a good LTE 4g signal, it shows that the phone is connected. I have done all the stuuf in the handbook, online, spoken to customer services etc. I have a myaudi account etc showing the car but there is no information that I can find that says this is how to renew the licence. Audi have contacted sales at Manchester Audi but I wont hold my breath on them calling me back. So if anyone has any Ideas or can give some pointers on it i would be very grateful Thanks in advance
