Thanks Trevor I've never heard a sound like it. A week ago I had the bottom gearbox mount break so the engine was rocking backwards and forwards but I fixed that and it was fine and then last Sunday car felt really rocky again I looked under bonnet and you can rock engine side to side and there's a clicking noise so I knew it was engine mount but then when I was driving home I was in second gear and I let of and there was that noise and it does it in every gear when you let off and when it's on tickover there's no noise but if you Rev car to about 2500 rpm you can hear the vibration

Hey guys I know my engine mount has gone on gear box side I'm fixing that at weekend but this really loud crazy noise has come it's when i put foot down engine sounds really loud and if I let off and engine is winding down and I don't know what it is does anyone else would appreciate thanks this is noise in video IMG_3642.MOV

Hey I'm wanting to change my CD player for one with the screen that pops out on my 2004 a3 but someone told me it runs on a cam bus system and I don't know what I need for it to work can anyone help

Hi Luke I've only been on here for about 5 months now when I bought my 2004 Audi A3 2.0 tdi I think it's a great car. The only really problems I have had is the flywheel was knocking really bad about five days of buying was gutted but now all fixed its mint,and minor issues I've got is fuel gauge gets stuck sometime when I start car and a little water from them radiator other then that I think it's a strong little car

Hi guys I'm just woundering what the standard boost pressure should be for my a3 2.0 tdi. And im thinking about getting egr delete but can you just bolt it on or do you have to have it mapped off

Hey brucie it started in second up til nah I can hear it in first aswell third forth fifth and sixth are fine

Hi been on here about 3 week now and all advice has been brilliant but since I bought my Audi A3 2.0 tdi sport there was a rattle on tick over and second gear I've reacently had clutch flywheel and baring done and on tick over its fine but still a rattle on second gear but it's so smooth going in and out of gear what could it be oh and it's when I'm not accelarating in second gear

do you know what these cars are like remapped or will I just start having problems ?

I've just plastidipped my wheels thinking on upgrading turbo as mine and mine is passing a little bit of oil but it's not that bad at min I dunno what's best to do thinking off doing callipers because there just rusty at min lol.

No lol I am suprised to be honest it handles loads better and still a comfy ride I had a golf before this and the amount of time I smashed my anniversary kit was unreal

My Audi sits really high and I don't know why that's why I'm lowering it at much I see a3 like mine and they sit nice but mines like a monster truck lol
