  1. Mms CD player unable to read discs

    Hi recently purchased a 11plate q5 which is great except the mmi ...... i have navigation discs, which will not play on the unit, also tried a normal audio cd, but the mmi does not recognise either disc? also to add to this, when I press for navigation, the unit displays searching for satellites but no map display. would really appreciate any assistance. thank dave
