  1. Been very unlucky with my Audi . Firstly I had the major oil problem that Audi took care of for me but now I have another known fault with this model & I am being told it’s going to cost me £1400.00 & there still might b something else as well. Been to the CAB & they referred me to the ombudsman service, I file has been created but I’ve been told in the interest of fair business practice/ trading I need to give audi an opportunity to try & resolve it & only then if unsuccessful they will start something on my behalf. Not sure about this now, Audi have always been helpful not sure why they are treating me like this. If it was not a known fault I would just get it done but it is. Any further advice would be appreciated & I will keep you updated on what happens.

My A5 went in for a oil/health check & they put it threw stage 1 of the oil check, which is seeing how much oil is used in 620 miles ( should be 0.5l) my car used the whole oil tank on 620 miles. Now I'm very worried they have taken it in for stage 2 & come back to tell me that the Pistons need to be changed. They took a copy of my service book & said they were contacting there office. The lady at my branch has been amazing so far, very helpful. Made me more comfortable, now the car is temp booked in for repair just waiting for confirmation & service checks. Will update when/if car is repaired.
