  1. I think the coiled cable has a USB connector into the car, assuming that's a facelift car then? Mine is pre-facelift and uses a rectangular cable at the car end. I have actually managed to resolve the issue by doing a restore on the phone and using the white collared cable. Thanks
  2. Good Evening, Recently taken onership of an S3 Saloon, it's a January 2016 car on a 65 plate. It has a few options I believe, B&O but also upgraded Sat Nav, it allows you to draw the letter of the address on top of the dial, think it is called the Technology Pack. The issue we have is that the car didn't have an iPhone cable in, so we asked the dealer to supply. We have now the following cables, none of which seem to be working correctly Yellow Cable, does not detect phone, phone does not detect cable, does not charge, keeps 'Not Connected' under AMI on the Sources menu White Cable, detects phone and charges, shows connected to iPhone 6s on the sources, but does not play any music on the phone, says no compatible media found (or similar words) We also have a 2015 Golf GTI in the family which has a Green Cable, which seems to work ok with the Audi, shows connected and can play tracks from the phone. Is anyone able to advise if the Green cable from Audi is what we need, or are there other cables available for this model? I will go back onto the dealer but would prefer to go armed with some information to ensure I am stating the correct facts. Thanks
