Sam2.0T FSI S LINE

Hi guys. Have a question please.. Does anyone know why is 2.0TFSI sounds as diesel a bit and there is some tapping noise.. few guys told me that is normal for 2.0Tfsi ://// hmmm thank you

Sadly my audi stopped last night :( oil sprocket snapped(on the bottom) and the car stopped.. camshaft shows damage on the top of the cylinder head.. What's next.. The mechanic checked and told me that have to look for an cylinder head.. Guys your opinion please cuz the car is immaculate condition :((( Any parts for sale please contact me.
