  2. Hi, No, I'm thinking a worn bush in the bottom arm. Time to get the jack out
  3. Hi, I had the A3 4 wheel aligned today due to a lower arm change on the rear, they told me that I need a new n/s front hub to get the camber right, they think it's bent. Camber is 1.25 degrees. Im not convinced I need a hub, any thoughts?
  4. Hi guys, Thanks for the advice. With time running out on me and the weather not the sort you want to lay under a car in I contacted a local garage who is a VW specialist. The car went in this morning, new valve fitted and all is now fine, around 3 hours work. Costs however.... New valve £277, labour...............£180, bargain really. Brought the old valve home to strip down and take a look at, will take photos of the valve and post on here.
  5. Hi, I have an issue with my A3, fault codes say its the EGR. Tried a can of EGR cleaner to no avail, car still going into limp mode. Called the local Audi dealer, cost of new valve £323, ok pricey but it is what I is. Fitting however is a 7 hour job costing £1047 !!! My questions are, Does it really take 7 hours? How difficult is it (I'm pretty handy with a socket set)? Possible to do on your own drive? Any help appreiated
