  1. Q5 - MMI Road Map Upgrade

    I have a 2017 (second generation) Q5, with MMI Navigation (MIB-HS) version 2017/2018 (8W0919866R) on a SD card. Wanting to upgrade my map, I bought a MIB-HS version 2021-2022 (8W0060866BK) SD card. The new SD card does not work. Can anyone advise whether my MMI's software/firmware needs to be updated for the new SD card to work and, if so, can that only be done by an Audi dealer?
