  1. MMI Bluetooth no music. HELP please

    Hi, I'm a newbie and just purchased a 2012 A6 from my friend. Yesterday we bluetoothed my phone and had music streaming no problem. Today the bluetooth connects to the phone for telephone calls only but not audio. He bought a slightly newer A6 with lower miles and both our phones connect to his A6 no problem and stream music. Is this a MMI issue and a firmware update? It's very frustrating as my friend said he never had a problem but cant connect his music to my A6 either now. Thanks
