  1. Has anybody ever encountered this? I have taken the wheel out etc etc Greased the springs in the rear sides above lights still its squeeking its driving me mad.... Any Ideas??? Thanks Matt

Hi Trevor The car has been ok for about a few days ive done about 300 miles in it then the other day re started it after using it earlier in day and it started spluttering again i am starting to lose my patience with this issue now.... Coil packs changed Coolant Temp sensor changed breather valve changed Any other suggestions??? Carbon build up?? Filter block Im at my wits end now i have been trying to get this car sorted and 18 mths later and about 2.5k spent... Its a 2009 A5 2.0 TFSI REG YC09 0VP Regards Matthew
  3. Hi trevor since the mentioned Temp coolant sensor was fitted i took the car about 200 miles saturday and when i stopped it leaked all the coolant out now its empty the sensor flashed up on the dash board the red temp sign and the temp gauge hit 100+ any thoughts??? thanks matt
  4. i also have a very annoying boot squeek, took wheel out etc but i think its down the side in boot any experience on this?? thanks matthew
  5. Hi Trevor thanks for the info on the Misfire the coolant Temp sensor will keep u posted 

    The other bugbear is a squeek in the boot ive put rear seats down taken spare wheel out etc so i think its down one of the sides.....Can u help?? i might just go mad with the WD4O lol

      Thanks for keeping me updated with the CTS saga.

      Sorry, not sure about the squeek though, unless it is coming from the rear seats (possibly rubbing against trim, etc) as have heard of this on Lexus before.

I have had intermittent problems with my A5 for about a year on and off now had coil packs changed but still on and off jumps like mad and missfires but NO codes come up...Jumps all the way to until the engine is warm approx 10-15 min then absolutely fineCan anybody shed any light on this is it common problem with this A5 ??? 2009 2.0Many thanksMatthewUK
