Hi all, my car seems to keep going into 'limp mode' as I hit around 80 mph and at certain revs.. turn the engine off and on again and it will clear it, the emission control light came on when this happened.. I've changed the maf sensor so that's one diagnostic covered.. any help much appreciated!

Hi all, so my Audi A3 2.0 tdi keeps going into 'limp mode' get on the motorway hot around 80 mph and then no power until I switch the engine off and then back on again, the emission control light has come up now and also puffs out smoke sometimes when I accelerate, I've changed the maf sensor and seems like no difference, what could this be? Thanks in advance
