I've had the car since September last year, I've changed the bulbs numerous times, they're just the standard Ines nothing fancy, I could always try an auto electrician but I'm not sure how much it would start costing to try find the problem

Hey guys, new member here, I have an Audi A3 2010 sportback, it's throwing up a fault saying neither of my reverse lights are working, which they are, I've had it scanned, I can't remember the exact code but it said something about a loose connection, anyone else had this problem or could help as to what it could be?
