    Hi I have a A3 2.0 TDI BKD engine codeIt will not rev more than 1200rpmIt will only just reach 1800 with foot to the floor in neutral! And is also the same whilst being driven. NO CODES NO EML LIGHTTiming is all correct all tools slot in fine.The turbo actuator is moving when I cover the boost pipe,If I hold foot to the floor it smokesCan't get my head around it I've un plugged all different connectors to see if they make a difference and nothing improves it or makes it worse,Anyone heard of or had this problem before? Thanks in advance
