The MMI interface has completely died on my Q5, it is late 2012 so the 2012-2016 model. Black edition so Rear camera, b&o sound etc. I’ve tried 3 button reset but not worked. It does occasionally power the screen on for a couple of seconds but then dies again. Originally happed in wet weather & I had been using the front & rear washer fluid. Any ideas most appreciated many thanks

Hi my Audi Q5 late 2012 new shape has recently had problems with the MMI. The whole display has died with all functionality buttons also not lit up. Occasionally the screen will turn on or light up for a few seconds then die again. I have tried the three button reset. It happened in wet weather conditions whilst driving. I had used the rear washer a few times before it died. I’ve seen some problems with the water from rear washer killing the amp & this affecting the loop. However I can’t see any signs of a leak or water present. Any ideas most appreciated many thanks
